I stayed here recently. I found the hotel to be drab, lifeless and tired. I stayed in a room which overlooked the most depressing view of a flat roof and some scruffy looking offices directly opposite. It was grim and somewhat depressing to peer out from the curtains which I kept shut for the duration. The chap on the desk said he had a lovely room for me so I was eagerly anticipating something rather special. Instead I was greeted with a basic room that was clean and tidy with adequate facilities. My next door neighbour was playing dance anthems at top notch. There was access to the room next door by an adjoining Leeds slots door.
